Poolcat Products & Service was founded on a simple mission:
Be #1 in swim and fun.
We deliver on this promise every day with our team of PHTA -certified Pool Operator technicians, experienced pool and aquatic center operators, and client service teammates that treat your pool like it’s our own.
A second commitment is to be a whole-growth organization: growing our knowledge as technicians and problem solvers, growing our organizations to increase our impact; growing as leaders and managers; and growing as individuals and in our relationships.
This commitment to service –to serving others– is a mindset we practice in our work for clients and in how we work as a team. It’s also how we invest in our community and into organizations that impact kids and families in West Michigan.
